WBC Program Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to dor@williamsburgboatclub.org.• Cancellations received more than two (2) weeks prior to the program start date will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
• Cancellations received within two (2) weeks of the program start date and up through the first three (3) days of the program will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued after the first three (3) days of a program.
Medical Exception:
Refunds requested due to medical reasons may be considered after the above deadlines with a written doctor’s note. Approved medical refunds will be issued as a prorated refund or program credit, at the club’s discretion.
Additional Notes:
• Processing fees and third-party transaction fees are non-refundable.
• Missed practices, scheduling conflicts, weather cancellations, or voluntary withdrawal are not grounds for refunds.
• The club reserves the right to cancel or combine programs due to low enrollment; in such cases, participants will receive a full refund or credit.
