For programs of four weeks or longer, refunds may be considered if the rower withdraws within the time frames and circumstances described below.
To be considered for any refund, the rower must notify NCR IMMEDIATELY in writing to the coach or by email to mfoley@hampcrew.com of their decision to withdraw. The date of withdrawal is determined as the date that the written or emailed notification is received by NCR.

Refunds for adult programs: If a rower withdraws during the first week of scheduled practices, 90% of the registration costs will be refunded. After the first week, but during the first half of the session, a 50% refund will be considered only in the case of a documented (by qualified professional) injury or medical issue that will prevent the rower from completing the season.

Refunds for youth varsity and novice programs: If a rower withdraws during the first week of scheduled practices, 90% of the registration costs will be refunded.

After the first week, but during the first half of the session, a 50% refund will be considered only in the case of a documented (by qualified professional) injury or medical issue that will prevent the rower from completing the season.

Refunds for first-time youth rowers: In some instances, a first-time youth participant may discover that rowing is not the right sport for them. If a youth rower in their first season with NCR withdraws during the first two weeks, 90% of the registration costs will be refunded; and if they withdraw during the third and fourth weeks, 50% of the registration costs will be refunded.

MISSED OR CANCELLED CLASSES Rowing is a sport that takes place outside in most kinds of weather. If we have to cancel a class for any reason, we will not offer a refund or a makeup class. We do not offer refunds or makeup classes for participants who miss practices due to illness or other personal reasons, unless they withdraw from the program as outlined above.
