Registration Instructions
Winter Programming spans November 7th to January 16th and includes;
In person team training;
November 7th to December 10th, January 7th to January 13th
On-the-Water Practices : M/W/F 3:00-6:00 pm, Sat 9 am-12 pm
Land Strength & Conditioning T/Th 3:00-4:00 pm
Virtual Team Training;
Six Part Performance Nutrition Education Series
Thursdays 7 pm [Nov 3, Nov 10, Nov 17, Dec 1, Jan 12 & Jan 19]
Virtual Strength & Conditioning - Athletes will be provided with a robust program to follow over the holiday season to support their training.
