2025 January Conditioning - Youth

Winter conditioning and land training is meant for returning athletes or athletes with prior experience. 

Racing against the best teams in the nation, our high school age youth learn how hard work pays off at the finish line and in life. These future leaders develop commitment, confidence, humility, and strength of character. The youth teams take pride in each other, their friendships, and demonstrate how powerful community can be. Unlike other competitive team sports, everyone participates, everyone rows, and competes.
