
Our club rowing program is designed for rowers in grades 6-12, girls and boys, who are learning to row or looking to row in a non-competitive setting. The practices are three afternoons each week. The program’s focus is an introduction to rowing, building technique and endurance, and enjoying time on the water. Sessions will begin at the Pen Bay YMCA in March to learn the basics of rowing and build fitness, then move to Lake Megunticook at the end of April.
