Summer 2026 - Performance Camp (Wk 4 7/13-7/17)

Pacific Rowing Club’s Summer 2026 Development - Performance Camp is designed for athletes who have completed their novice year and want structured training to prepare for the upcoming competitive season. The camp focuses on technique refinement, fitness development, boat speed, and more advanced sculling/sweep skills. Athletes will build strong training habits while receiving coaching from PRC staff with support from experienced rowers.

Prerequisite: Novice year completed (or coach approval).
Time: 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM 
Registration is by week: Register for individual camp weeks. Athletes may enroll in one or multiple weeks based on availability. Each week has a separate registration.
Weeks Offered:

Week 2: June 29–July 3
Week 4: July 13–17
Week 6: July 27–31
Week 8: Aug 10–14

Daily Schedule
12:30 PM – 3:30 PM
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in and to be ready on time.

What to Bring

Water bottle (required)
Athletic clothes (layers recommended)
Closed-toe shoes (required)
Sunscreen + hat (recommended)
Optional snack for after camp

Training Expectations
This camp is a structured training environment. Athletes are expected to:

Arrive on time and prepared to train
Follow coach instructions and safety rules
Treat equipment and teammates with respect
Update attendance in iCrew for absences

Safety + Weather
Rowing is an outdoor water sport and sessions are weather-dependent. Camp sessions may be adjusted due to wind, fog, or other safety conditions. If on-water rowing is not possible, athletes may complete a land-based rowing/fitness session when appropriate.
