Members and teams
One up-to-date list of everyone in the club, organised the way your club is organised.
Member roster
Contact details, teams, membership status and last sign-in for every member in one searchable list. Export the roster or collect email addresses in one click.
Teams and squads
Put members and coaches on teams such as juniors, novices, masters or competitive squads. Each team sees its own sessions, line-ups and messages.
Athlete profiles
Rowing-specific profiles, including a cox-only setting, that coaches use when building line-ups.
USRowing membership and waivers
Import USRowing membership and waiver status so coaches can see who is cleared to row.
A home page for every role
Athletes, coaches and administrators each get a home page with the things they use most: today's line-up, bookings, payments, teams, reports.
Parents
Parents of junior rowers can see payments, forms and volunteer hours without emailing the club to ask.
Practice sessions, attendance and line-ups
Know who is coming before practice, and have the boats set before anyone arrives.
Practice session plans
Schedule practices for each team with the workout plan attached. Sessions show on the club calendar and on each athlete's home page.
Attendance plans and Dates Away
Athletes say ahead of time whether they will be at each practice. Dates Away lets them mark a vacation or exam week in one step.
Check-in
Take attendance at the boathouse, from a coach's phone or from a check-in kiosk, and keep a record for every athlete.
Practice line-ups on any screen
Drag and drop line-ups on a computer, or set them seat by seat on a phone. Plan by boat size (1x to 8+) and pick the boat later. Assign oars, see average crew age, and choose whether line-ups are shared with athletes.
Coxswain rotation
Coxswain credit helps coaches keep a fair cox rotation across the season.
Coach's hours
Track the hours each coach works.
Substitute coaches Premium
Post sessions that need a substitute coach and let available coaches pick them up.
Boats, oars and the boathouse
Every shell and set of oars accounted for: where it is, who has it, and whether it is fit to row.
Equipment inventory
Boats, oars and other equipment with type, rigging, owner and notes. Private boats and club boats live side by side.
Boat and equipment bookings Premium
Members book boats and oars from a phone or computer. Club rules set the longest booking and how far ahead members can book, and iCrew checks for clashes with practices and other bookings.
On-the-water logbook Premium
See who is out, in which boat, and when they are due back. Each member builds a rowing history of their outings.
Damage reports
Anyone can report damage with a photo. The right people get an email alert, and repairs are tracked until the boat is back in service.
Incident reports Premium
Record safety incidents on and off the water, with photos, so the club has a full record.
Kiosk mode Premium
Leave a computer or tablet open at the boathouse for the logbook, check-in and bookings, without each person signing in.
Boathouse TV screen
A wall screen for the boathouse showing who is on the water, today's line-ups, the weather and a club notice.
Safety on the water
Boat location tracking is one of iCrew's key safety features.
Boat location tracking Premium
Rowers share their location from the iCrew app while they are out, so coaches and the club can see every boat on a map and know when everyone is back.
Pace and split analysis
Each tracked row shows a map trail coloured by pace, a pace chart and 500 m splits.
Works with CrewNerd and RowingCoach
Rowers who already use CrewNerd or RowingCoach on the water can send their tracking to iCrew from those apps.
Coaching tools
Tools built for the launch, the erg room and selection.
iCrew Timing Premium
Time pieces from a phone on the launch, for sprint or head-race starts. Several coaches can share the work, one at the start and another at the finish. See how it works.
Seat racing Premium
Run seat races with iCrew Timing and get results that account for each swap.
Launch view
A phone page for coaches and coxswains on the water with a stopwatch, a stroke-rate counter, the session plan and the line-ups.
CrewTimer export Premium
Send line-ups to CrewTimer to time races with it.
Test results
Record erg tests and other test results for each athlete and compare them over time.
Concept2 Logbook
Athletes can link their Concept2 Logbook account and bring their erg workouts into iCrew.
Athlete journals
Athletes keep training journal entries, which they can share with their coaches.
Regattas
From entries to line-ups on race day.
Regatta line-ups
Build line-ups for every event and share them with the team.
Race counts
See how many races each athlete is entered in, so no one is over-entered.
Fees, payments and registration
Collect dues and program fees online, and see who has paid without chasing anyone.
Online fee collection
Members pay dues, program fees and other charges online through iCrew's PaySimple integration, available to clubs based in the United States. A small per-transaction fee applies. Clubs outside the United States can collect fees online through iCrew's PayPal integration.
Guest payments
Visitors and people new to the club, such as learn-to-row participants, can pay selected fees without an iCrew account. The club chooses which fees allow this. Guest payments also go through PaySimple, so they are for clubs based in the United States.
Program registration
Open registration for seasons, camps and programs, and collect the details and payment together.
Document tracking
Keep track of the forms and documents each member has to hand in, and see who is still missing one.
Communication
Reach the right people, the way they read things.
