Our mini camp is designed for high school students who are brand new to rowing and want to get a feel for the sport before the spring season. Athletes will learn basic technique, train on the ergs (rowing machines), and build strength and fitness through fun, structured workouts. Participants will also have the chance to meet and train alongside current youth high school rowers to get a feel for the team culture. No experience needed—just come ready to learn, get active, and experience what rowing is all about in a supportive team environment!
