Introduction to Indoor Rowing (2-Hour Class)

Learn how to use the rowing machine (“erg”) correctly and safely. Through this one-on-one instructional session, you will learn:

The fundamentals of the rowing stroke
Proper indoor rowing technique
Common drills and exercise programs
Injury prevention
Rowing terminology
How to use the Concept2 RowErg, including performance monitor functions
Enhancing your erg sessions via apps and the Concept2 Online Logbook

At the conclusion of this two-hour class, you will be able to use a rowing machine better than almost everyone you see flailing away at the gym. Learn to row like a rower!

NOTE:

Class participants must obtain a USRowing Basic membership ($25 per year) and sign our Liability Waiver prior to the class.
Training sessions must be scheduled in advance. Please contact us to arrange your lessons before purchasing this item.

Learn to Row/Scull

This item is for individuals who have already completed the Learn to Row program or for experienced rowers seeking additional coaching/training.
Learn-to-row participants must obtain a USRowing Basic membership ($25 per year) prior to the first lesson, be a competent swimmer, and be qualified to row in the class of boat borrowed.
Outings must be scheduled in advance. Please contact us to arrange your row before purchasing this item.
