Learn how to use the rowing machine (“erg”) correctly and safely. Through this one-on-one instructional session, you will learn:
- The fundamentals of the rowing stroke
- Proper indoor rowing technique
- Common drills and exercise programs
- Injury prevention
- Rowing terminology
- How to use the Concept2 RowErg, including performance monitor functions
- Enhancing your erg sessions via apps and the Concept2 Online Logbook
