Each member of NSBR Masters team is required to fulfill a minimum of two volunteer slots (Learn to Row, Boathouse/Equipment Maintenance session, NSBR Hosted Races or Events such as the Ergathon, Annual Banquet, etc.) per calendar year (starting 2023). Participation in the NSBR Advisory Committee also fulfills the volunteer requirement.
Working as a volunteer is MANDATORY but, if desired, a buyout fee of $400 may be paid as a general donation in lieu of required participation (Volunteer Buy Out in the iCrew Store). View document
