Adult Rower
Progressions Crew - This co-ed group is designed for rowers who have a skill level past Foundations who want a non-racing continuation of the sport, and rowers preparing to advance into the competitive racing pathway. Practices are Monday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings, A coaching fee is collected automatically on the first of each month.
