_Competitive/Advanced Sculling & Sweep - Adult rowers with prior rowing experience wishing to train and race at a high level; Monday/Wednesday/Friday 5:15-7:00 AM; Saturday 6:00-8:00 AM
_Development Team - Development Team Sculling & Sweep is for adult athletes interested in advancing their fitness and technical proficiency, developing both sweep and sculling skills for competition and eventual advancement to the Competitive Team. Athletes should have completed at least 1 full year in Open Sculling & Sweep or have prior competitive rowing experience.
_Foundations of Rowing - Foundations of Rowing builds on the skills learned in Learn-to-Row and welcomes athletes returning to the sport after a long gap in participation. Foundations prepares the participant to transition to other BCR coached programs such as Open Rowing or Development Team.
_Open/Intermediate Sculling & Sweep - Adult rowers who have at least 1 year of rowing experience or have graduated Foundations of Rowing at BCR or the equivalent; Tuesday/Thursday 6:30-8:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00-10:00 AM
Youth Rower
Collegiate Summer Team/U23 - U23/Collegiate summer team is open to experienced collegiate rowers, coxswains, and incoming college freshman who are experienced rowers, with a focus on developing your personal skill and fitness at a competitive level.
Collegiate/U23 Winter Training - Join BCR's coaches and athletes for winter training. Coached erg sessions are available Monday-Saturday with evening and morning sessions available.
