Fall 2026 Development Team - The Fall Development Team is designed for freshmen and novice athletes to learn the sport while training as part of the team.
Athletes row regularly in a supportive, team-first environment, where they experience the thrill of rowing while building strength, discipline, and lasting friendships—no experience needed. Fall offers some of the best conditions of the year, helping rowers improve quickly.

This program is run by the Conestoga Crew Club coaching staff led by Head Coach Bailey Chick. Please direct questions to info@conestogacrew.org
Saturday – Sunday | 10:00 AM–12:30 PM, November 7th and 8th
Bachelors Barge Club 6 Boathouse Row, Philadelphia, PA
Open to T/E School District students who are rising 8th–11th graders
All participants must be able to swim
Fee amount $150
