Youth Rower
Fall 2026 Development Team - The Fall Development Team is designed for freshmen and novice athletes to learn the sport while training as part of the team.
Athletes row regularly in a supportive, team-first environment, where they experience the thrill of rowing while building strength, discipline, and lasting friendships—no experience needed. Fall offers some of the best conditions of the year, helping rowers improve quickly.

Summer Tech Camp 7/13/26 - 7/17/26 - Ready to take your rowing to the next level? This summer technical camp is designed for rowers looking to sharpen their skills and gain a competitive edge heading into the fall season.
Open to all athletes with at least one season of rowing experience, this program is led by Head Coach Bailey Chick and the CCC coaching staff. The focus is on small boats and small-group instruction, giving every athlete more time on the water, more feedback, and more opportunities to improve. With a low athlete-to-coach ratio, rowers receive hands-on, personalized coaching to refine technique, improve balance, and build efficiency.
