Adult Rower
Masters Rowers - This is for ALL Masters Level Rowers (21+ years of age)
We Can Row - This Team is for the We Can Row athletes. These are women that have survived, or are currently fighting, the many forms of cancer that occur.
Youth Rower
Junior Men's Team - This is for all High School and/or active Junior Aged Rowers (13-18)
LEARN-2-ROW JULY 14- JULY 18 9a-11a MIDDLE SCHOOL & HIGH SCHOOL - This is a 1-week INTRODUCTION TO ROWING specifically for Middle School and High School students. The session runs M-F from, 9a - 11a. You will learn the basics of the rowing stroke, commands, boat handling skills and depending on progress, row in both Sweep and Sculling boats. Snacks will be provided.
LEARN-2-ROW JULY 7 - JULY 11 9a-11a MIDDLE SCHOOL & HIGH SCHOOL - This is a 1-week INTRODUCTION TO ROWING specifically for Middle School and High School students. The session runs M-F from, 9a - 11a. You will learn the basics of the rowing stroke, commands, boat handling skills and depending on progress, row in both Sweep and Sculling boats. Snacks will be provided.

Middle School Rower BEGINNER LATE SPRING Apr 21 -June 7 - Please REGISTER for MIddle School Rower Category if your athlete is in Grades 6 - 8. We need the PARENT to register only....we will add your athlete's name later.
Novice Junior Rowers - This team is for ALL first time Junior/High School rowers in the club.
PRE-SEASON TRAINING JULY 21 - AUG 15 9a - 11a MS & HS - This is a 4-week PRE-SEASON TRAINING CAMP specifically for Middle School and High School students. Practices are twice per week.....M & W from 9a - 11a.
The Athletes will be introduced to the more technical aspects of the sport and the stroke, spend more time in a variety of boats (1x, 2x, 4x, 4+, 8+). Additionally, more emphasis will be placed on learning to train the aerobic side of the body. This is in preparation for the FALL ROWING PROGRAM that will feature a number of regattas and daily practices.
