Youth Rower
2025 Youth Advanced 1 Week Row (8/18-8/22) - The Youth Advanced 1 Week Row is for students entering 9th through 12th grades. This Camp runs 08/18 - 08/22 from Monday to Friday, 8:15 am - 10:15 am.
KCRC's Youth Advanced Row is a one-week session designed to wrap up the summer on the water! This program is tailored for rowers with previous competitive experience who are looking to reconnect with their skills and get back in the groove before the start of their respective rowing seasons. Participants will engage in focused conditioning exercises to enhance their strength and performance. This will be a combination of sweep and sculling. Join us for an exciting week of rowing, camaraderie, and preparation as we gear up for a successful season ahead!

In this program, rowers will have the opportunity to refine their techniques and enhance their performance as they work towards showcasing their progress at one of our KCRC friendlies. Join us to further develop your rowing abilities, build confidence, and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow athletes as you take your skills to the next level!
