Fall Learn to Row 2024 Monday and Wendesday (no space available) Join wait list - Our Learn to Row classes aim to teach athletes the basics of rowing while emphasizing how much fun this sport is. Athletes will learn the rowing stroke, how to set up their shell, maneuver, execute basic drills, and row continuously. They will also learn about the teamwork, communication, and focus required to have fun with rowing.

Athletes will learn the rowing stroke, how to set up their shell, maneuver, execute basic drills, and row continuously. They will also learn about the teamwork, communication, and focus required to have fun with rowing.
Fall MS Gold Squad 2024 (no space available) Join wait list - The Middle School Gold Squad will continue developing athletes’ foundational skills and love of the sport with an additional element of competition preparation. Small boat and sculling work will be prioritized, along with team-building activities and land training that develops athletes’ general fitness and motor skills. Athletes will begin learning about how to train for competition, set goals, build race plans, and execute on race day. Competitions will include local regattas and scrimmages. Racing will be primarily small boats and exclusively sculling. No prior race experience is required.
Fall MS Green Squad 2024 (no space available) Join wait list - The Middle School Green Squad will continue developing athletes’ foundational skills and love of the sport. This squad is perfect for athletes who are looking to gain more comfort and confidence in their rowing. Small boat and sculling work will be prioritized, along with team-building activities and land training that develops athletes’ general fitness and motor skills. There will also be opportunities for athletes to try out coxing.
Fall U17 Green Squad 2024 (no space available) Join wait list - The Fall 2024 U17 Green Squad season is designed as an introduction to the high school student-athlete experience for all 9th grade athletes, as well as those 10th grade athletes who qualify as under-17 (2009 birth year or after). We will emphasize foundational fitness and skill development in a variety of boat classes. Rowing-specific endurance and high-quality movements will be the training priority. The team will compete in local regattas and scrimmages across a variety of boat classes.
Fall U19 Squad 2024 (no space available) Join wait list - The U19 Green & Gold squad is for athletes with previous rowing experience who are motivated to pursue developing high-level competitive skills. This squad provides space for those who are already performing at a nationally-competitive level as well as for those who are working towards it. Athletes will have the opportunity to opt in to selection for the Gold Squad in September. All athletes will have the opportunity to compete in multiple local regattas and scrimmages.
