Youth Rower
August Summer High School Rowing (no space available) Join wait list - The high school rowing program is designed to provide healthy off-season training opportunities for all U17 and U19 participants. Athletes will be able to row in all boat classes during the Monday, Wednesday, and Friday sessions. The Tuesday and Thursday sessions will be open gym times with workouts provided.
August Summer Learn to Row - This summer learn to row program is designed for youth athletes with little or no prior experience who want to get on the water. Participants will learn the basics of the rowing stroke, equipment management, maneuvering, and training. Athletes will primarily be sculling in small boats with some introduction to sweep rowing.
August Summer Middle School Rowing (no space available) Join wait list - The summer Experienced Middle School program will focus on honing foundational skills in all sculling boat classes as well as the basics of land training. There will be a strong emphasis on communicating and collaborating with teammates to execute efficient and productive practices.
