Youth Rower
Middle School Gold Winter A 2026 - The Experienced Middle School Squad will focus on preparing the squad for spring racing. This will include the introduction of 2k training and testing, continued focus on strength training for movement pattern development, and on-water technical work which will expand into preliminary race lineup work.
Program Dates: Jan 7 - Feb 21

Middle School Gold Winter B 2025 - Programming will focus on developing physical literacy and introducing race-prep training. Athletes will spend time on ergometers, cross training, and learning the foundations of strength training.
Due to limited capacity, this winter session is for athletes who were on the MS Gold roster for the Fall 2025 season. All interested athletes should sign up on the waitlist. We will be adding athletes who meet the prerequisites to the roster.
Program Dates: November 5 - December 13
Weekly Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. & Saturday 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.
