Adult Rower
Learn to Row - April 2025 - Evening - 4 weeks Monday and Wednesday starting March 31, Monday at 6:30 pm - 8 pm, through until April 23
Learn to Row - April 2025 - Mid-Morning - April 1 - 24, Tuesday and Thursday, 08:00-09:30 AM at the Boathouse on Electric Avenue
Learn to Row 2 - May 2025 - Evening Adult - Learn to Row 2 will build on skills and technique introduced in Learn to Row 1 and will prepared you to join the Masters Rowing programs at Whatcom Rowing. Learn to Row 1 IS a pre-requisite for Learn to Row 2
Learn to Row 2 - May 2025 - Mid-Morning Adults - Athletes will build on their Learn to Row 1 skills with drills, tasks, and proper rowing form. Learn to Row 1 is a pre-requisite for Learn to Row 2.
March 2025 Learn to Erg - evenings (no space available) - Classes commence March 3 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm , Mondays and Wednesdays, March 3 - 26, 2025
March 2025 Learn to Erg - Mid Morning (no space available) - Classes commence March 4 08:00-09:30 AM , Tuesdays and Thursdays until March 27, 2025
WRA Annual Membership - The Whatcom Rowing Association is a nonprofit, community-based rowing club that has served Whatcom County since 2011. We are dedicated to offering individuals of all ages the opportunity to learn the sport of rowing in a safe, fun and beautiful environment. We offer a variety of programs for all age groups and experience levels. Whether you have previous experience or have never touched an oar we have something for you. WRA Annual Membership is required for all adult rowers after the completion of Learn to Row 2 and is priced on an annual basis from January 1 – December 31.
Youth Rower
Spring 2025 - Experienced / High School Rower - Our Youth programs are focused on specialized skill development and long term success in the sport. We offer developmentally appropriate competitive opportunities for experienced athletes, as well as resources and support for athletes interested in collegiate participation. We believe in a process-oriented approach to help our athletes of all skill and ability levels improve every single day.

2024 Fall Experienced / High School Rowing Team
- Dates: September 4th - November 4th
- Days: Monday - Friday
- Time: 4:00-6:00 PM
- No practice on Bellingham Public Schools no school/holidays (Purple Friday's included).
- Various regattas, usually on Sunday in the fall.
