Youth Rower
MS Gold Winter B - Nov/Dec 2026 - This season of the Middle School Squad will focus on continuing to build basic fitness, teamwork skills, and love of the sport. This will include the introduction of erg training and testing, continued focus on strength training for movement pattern development, and on-water technical work.
Program Dates: November 4th - December 12th
Weekly Schedule: Monday & Wednesday 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. Saturday 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.

U17 Winter B - Nov/Dec 2026 (no space available) - The U17 winter training program will teach athletes how to train towards being ready to compete. The focus on aerobic fitness, baseline strength and athleticism, and an introduction to training for 2k's will provide a base for athletes to prepare for spring racing.

Weekly Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. & Saturday 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.
