Youth Rower
High School Spring Team 2026 - Season dates: 2/17-5/22 (through mid-June for crews who qualify for Youth Nats)
Practice Times: Monday-Friday 4pm-6:15/6:30pm, Saturday morning 9am-11:30am
The Spring Season is the end goal of our training calendar, where the athletes will peak at championship level races. During this time, our athletes will be focused on improving their physical and mental ability to compete against inner-drive (breaking mental barriers) and external motivators (other boats and teams). Finding success is about adhering to our day to day process, and committing to consistent training. With diligence and hard work, our athletes will have the opportunity to represent Olympia on the local, regional and national stage!

Middle School Spring Team 2026 - Season dates: 3/9-5/8
Practice Times: Monday/Wednesday/Friday 4:15pm-6:30pm
The goals of the Middle School Program are to create a foundation of comfort in a rowing shell for athletes while also teaching them valuable lessons about team-work, independence, self-discovery, accountability, and good habits that may carry them to higher levels on the High School Team. The rowing motion is also a great dynamic movement that helps foster coordination, strength, and flexibility needed in a healthy young adult.
